Hello ISP Friends!
We hope you have had a wonderful start to April (without too many April showers!). Unfortunately, the Central Coast has been seeing some rainy days, but I will certainly be looking forward to a greener California in the coming weeks.
If you celebrated Easter, we hope you had a very happy holiday. ISP’s own Racquel and Adrianna chose to enjoy Easter this year through giving back to their own community in Orange County with the Friendly Center’s “Full Heart’s, Full Shelves” Easter Basket Drive.

We are very happy to report a successful Easter Basket campaign! I would like to take a moment to especially thank the ProPlay Volleyball team—our Racquel’s own team—for their participation in this drive.

Racqual presented the Easter Basket campaign to her coaches and the owner of ProPlay, garnering their support. Together with her sister, Adrianna, the two led the team in donating supplies and then coming together to assemble Easter Baskets for the Friendly Center. With the team just down the street from the drive, they happily participated in this community kindness!
The ProPlay team alone made 30 Easter baskets, making quite the impact for the “Full Hearts, Full Shelves” drive. Not only did they spread some serious cheer for a holiday important to them, but their kindness also brought them together as a team (as you can very much see!).

Racquel and Adrianna exemplify just how big a difference you can make with the help of your friends. Using Racquel’s volleyball team and their own community contacts, the Club TKO Founders rallied those around them to support ISP’s own vision: To spread as much kindness as possible in your community.
We would like to invite you to join Racquel and Adrianna’s example in how you can give so much more when you have the support of others. Consider your own clubs, sports team, and community contacts—who can you bring together to spread some kindness this April? Whether you only have two people or a whole volleyball team, every impact matters.
You do not need a holiday that is important to you to make a community impact. There are opportunities for kindness all around us! Once you have an idea of your group, we welcome you to please support these local charities (or, any other charity you are passionate about!):
- Ways to Give to the CHOC Foundation
- Laura’s House, or specifically their Amazon Wishlist
- Meals on Wheels or volunteer at any local nursing home
- Any of Orange County’s Food Banks, whether through single donations or a food drive with your club
We hope you can follow Racquel and Adrianna in leading your very own team towards charity this April.
With kindness,
ISP Staff & Friends
