It’s the time of year where we reflect on what we are thankful for and our many blessings. The holidays are all about bringing people together. Giving back to others is the perfect way for your family and friends to come together through kind acts of service.

In the past, we have been fortunate to volunteer with Operation Warm Wishes, an amazing organization which helps and serves numerous people who are experiencing hardship in Orange County, CA. We encourage you to read all about Operation Warm Wishes and the amazing acts of kindness they do by clicking the link above. This year we are excited to have another opportunity with Operation Warm Wishes where we can give back to those in our community who need our love and kindness most. For the tenth year in a row, Operation Warm Wishes is holding their Unity in the Community Thanksgiving Spectacular! This will be a beautiful day, where all are welcomed to eat, drink, and celebrate. More importantly, this will be a day where the homeless, veterans, struggling families, senior citizens, and at-risk youth feel our warmth, love, and kindness.
Families come in all shapes and sizes and the community you live in is an extension of your family. Spending time and giving back with others in your community is the best way to build your community up and give hope, and show support, to those who need it most. We encourage you all to participate in Operation Warm Wishes’ Thanksgiving Spectacular in whatever way you can. We would love to see people volunteering their time at the event, but if you aren’t able to make it you can also send in donations. Operation Warm Wishes gave us a list of items they are in need of, which can be found below.

How to Do This Month’s Campaign
Volunteer your time on Thanksgiving Day or donate items needed ahead of time. Information about the event including time and location can be found on the flyer below. If you are able to volunteer please call Operation Warm Wishes at the number listed on the flyer to find out how you can help! If you are not local to Orange County we encourage you to see if an organization in your community is putting on a similar event and get involved!
