We know our ambassadors and friends are excited to make Easter baskets for kids in need this month! Some have already hopped into our campaign and started gathering donations! If you haven’t checked out our March Campaign yet be sure to click here.
We’re encouraging you this month to collect donations for Easter Baskets to put together and deliver to The Friendly Center. Every child deserves a happy Easter! For many people, Easter is not about receiving gifts and is a spiritual holiday, however, regardless of spiritual belief most children look forward to the fun, spring day when they get to open an Easter basket filled with treats! One of the best ways to give back is by getting together with friends to do so! A close friend of ours has created a special event to put together the Easter baskets and we’d love for you to jump in on the fun!
Join us at AP Academy on 3/24 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Location Address: 920 Roosevelt #220 Irvine, CA 92620
Items Needed:
- Hygiene items: shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, etc.
- Chocolate bunny
- Easter basket
- Basket Grass
- Cellophane Wrapping
- 1 gift item: coloring books, crayons, jump rope, books, stuffed animal, etc.

If you aren’t local to Southern California, we encourage you to create your own Easter basket event! Make it a playdate with a purpose, or sleepover with a purpose, and invite some friends over encouraging them to bring donations! Reach out to an organization in your hometown similar to The Friendly Center to deliver your Easter baskets to!
